Four-weekly cleaning
Choose this frequency if you prefer a shorter interval between visits. Routine cleaning helps maintain external windows, frames and sills rather than leaving grime to accumulate for longer.

Eight-weekly cleaning
Choose this frequency if a longer gap between routine cleans suits your property and preferences. The agreed service scope remains the same; the principal difference is how often visits take place.

What happens on a regular visit
We clean the exterior glass, frames, sills and doors as appropriate to the agreed service. Water-fed poles and purified water are used where suitable. Please tell us about access arrangements, gates or other details when requesting your quotation.
- No need to request each routine visit separately
- Conservatory roofs and gutter clearance require a separate enquiry
- New twelve-weekly arrangements are not offered
Frequently asked questions
Is four-weekly better than eight-weekly?
Neither is automatically right for every home. Four-weekly is more frequent; eight-weekly offers a longer interval.
Are the frames cleaned every time?
Frames, sills and doors are included as appropriate to the agreed recurring service.
Will the same date be guaranteed each time?
A recurring interval does not guarantee a particular day or arrival time. Any scheduling arrangements are confirmed separately.
Can I add gutter clearance?
Yes, request it as an additional service so its scope can be assessed and quoted.
